Here at BigTop Playhouse, we do things a little differently... Our family friendly venue is an open air facility with play structures, disco room and cafe. We are a local family owned business, with the friendliest team to provide a fun and welcoming environment for all. Contact us at any time! House Rules below...
Our equipment is best suited for children aged 8 months - 10 years.
Enjoy a coffee and delicious treat whilst your child explores, or join them for a speed slide race. our structure is built for all ages and our aim is to encourage parents to interact with their little ones.

Clean and Fresh - our play equipment is disinfected daily and the ball pit is sanitized to ensure our littlest customers are safe and healthy. Our huge roller doors are open everyday for fresh air ventilation .
As the centre is open to the fresh air, it can get a little warm in summer so we recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing summer clothing (with socks). During winter bring along a jacket, otherwise we offer blankets at reception.
HOUSE RULES
Our centre rules are for the safety of all. We ask that parents/carers support us and enforce these rules when visiting BigTop Playhouse with children in their care. A visitor may be asked to leave the centre if staff feel they are in breach of our house rules...
Parental supervision is required at all times. All responsibility lies with the parents or carers of children entering the centre. BigTop Playhouse takes no responsibility of children using the centre and its facilities, all guests must understand this as a condition of entry.

NO outside food or drinks are to be taken into the centre. Baby Food and Water Bottles are allowed. Please speak with our team regarding any serious allergy concerns. NO OUTSIDE FOOD. This is also stated on the entry gate.
Birthday Cakes are only allowed with a party booking - book now!

NO NUTS/NUT PRODUCTS ARE TO BE BROUGHT IN OR CONSUMED AT BIGTOPS. We are a nut free facility. Some products we provide may contain traces of nuts as per their labels although we carry no nut products or foods that are nut based (please be advised: our staff can be a little nutty at times ha!)

Socks are to be worn at all times by children and adults using the equipment

We ask that all guests treat our facilities and employees as they would expect to be treated. Respect and communication is our policy.
​
Every effort has been made to ensure this is a safe and enjoyable environment for all ages. please help us by ensuring your kids are playing safely and nicely with other children. BULLYING IS NOT TOLERATED. Any guests (children or adults) may be asked to leave the venue if centre management deem their behavior to be unsafe, irrational, or non-coherent to the nature/environment of the centre.

Our team strives to cater to all guests and we do everything possible to keep the centre to a standard that our visitors expect. This is a family run small business and let's be honest - WE'RE HUMAN TOO... therefore we respect all feedback, positive and constructive, so we can learn and grow.
